Please accept our sincere regret that our bills for this billing cycle had two small
typographical errors that we missed, yet they do not affect the specified quantities
of consumption or amounts currently owed.
The first error is in the middle line of your bill describing "Monthly" Service Charges
when we meant "Bi-Monthly" as specified in all previous bills you have received from us.
The second typographical error is in the very next line describing "300" Cubic Feet
of Water when we meant "600" Cubic Feet as specified in all previous bills you have
received from us.
Again, please accept our apologies for any confusion or inconvenience concerning
these mistakes. We are taking corrective action to avoid the problem in the future.

2009-03 An Ordinance adopting a Surcharge to Fund Capital Improvement
Projects, as per the California Department of Public Health

Section 7 - Water Conservation Stage 2. - Water Warning.
(2) Lawns and/or ground covers may be watered and landscaping/pastures may be irrigated, including construction meter irrigation, only the following designated hours and designated days:
(A) lawns and/or ground cover may be watered and landscaping/pastures may be irrigated for properties with odd number street addresses only on Saturdays, Mondays, and Wednesdays;
(B) lawns and/or ground cover may be watered and landscaping/pastures may be irrigated for properties with even number street addresses only on Sundays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays; and
(C) waters lawns and/or ground cover and irrigating landscaping/pastures is prohibited on Fridays and or any day of the week from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

District is asking for your help by using the
Recommended Watering Schedule below
In the ongoing Conservation effort the District needs your immediate attention in assisting with outdoor water conservation in order to prevent triggering a "Stage-3 Water Shortage" conservation stage.
We are asking for your help to avoid all watering of lawns and/or ground cover and landscaping/pastures on Fridays and on any day of the week from 5:00a.m. to 10:00a.m. and 5:00p.m. to 10:00p.m.
We are asking for your help on Odd number street addresses to only water on two of the following days Saturday, Monday, and/or Wednesday.
We are asking for your help on Even Number street addresses to only water on two of the following days Sunday, Tuesday, and/or Thursday.
